Mr. André
Lacaille is a Human Resource professional
with over 20 years of career management
experience. He has worked at the highest
levels within such organizations as Johnson
& Johnson, Rolls-Royce Canada, Noranda
Mines and, most recently, as VP of Global
Recruitment and Professional Development
for SNC Lavalin, one of the world's largest
engineering firms.
As
a member of numerous management teams,
Mr. Lacaille has acquired extensive experience
in counseling and training managers in
personnel management techniques. His main
areas of expertise are in recruiting,
labour relations, staffing, remuneration,
benefits, training and health & safety.
A
graduate of the Université de Montréal
with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial
Relations, Mr. Lacaille has extensive
experience as a spokesperson at the bargaining
table, as well as in implementing business
objectives, deployment systems, performance
assessment systems and in organizational
development.
Rebecca
Bustamante
Rebecca Bustamante is responsible
for operations of the company Chalré
and Associates. She is considered
one of the most accomplished female entrepreneurs
currently working in Philippines.
Rebecca
began her 20-year career in Canada.
Her most recent position was Sales Director
for a large international cosmetics organization.
Some of the many awards she received from
the company over a period of years included:
Top Rookie Sales Director for North America,
Top 10 Unit Sales Award Canada (for each
year of service), Top 10 Personal Sales
Award Canada (for each year of service).
Because of her success, Rebecca was regularly
asked to provide training presentations
for up to 500 people at national company
functions.
Rebecca
Bustamante's achievements have been the
subject of articles in the Philippine
Enquirer, Manila Bulletin (Panorama),
MOD magazine, Woman’s magazine,
Baby magazine, Philippine Mirror, He &
She magazine and TV4. She is a former
Vice President of the Canadian Club of
the Philippines and has played a key role
on the organizing committee of the "Canadian
Snow Ball," one of the largest annual
social events in Philippines.
Ms. Bustamante has been a developer of
talent for many years. Since relocating
to Philippines in 2000 to start her own
business, she has conducted training seminars
for groups of up to 150 people.
She is a regular training consultant for
the Canadian Embassy in Philippines.

Mills
Richard is considered the
leading expert on Asia-Pacific outsourcing
by ComputerWorld magazine.
His regular column called "View from
Offshore" is a feature of the publication.
Richard has also been called “guru
on outsourcing” by Dr. Michael Clancy,
President of the Economist Intelligence
Unit (affiliate) and the “Asia-Pacific
expert” by Call Center Magazine.
In addition to ComputerWorld, he is a
thought leader for a host of other international
publications. Richard
is an Expert Panelist
for CIO magazine (US)
and the Offshore Offsourcing Best
Practices association.
He is First Vice-President of the Canadian
Chamber of Commerce and chairs its high
profile ICT Leader's Forum. He is
also President of the World Outsourcing
Providers Association.
Richard's extensive career in Executive
Search includes 6 years working throughout
Asia and 10 years in Toronto, Canada.
His clients are multinational corporations
for senior management positions. Of the
many international recruitment projects
he worked on in the Asia Pacific region,
one was particularly noteworthy as it
was reported on national Korean television
as the largest technical recruiting venture
in Korean history and a cover story for
ComputerWorld magazine.
Richard began his career in the financial
services industry working as a floor trader
and specialist in financial derivatives
with a prominent Canadian investment dealer.
He left to build his own software company
based in Toronto. The company gained recognition
as one of the top three niche vendors
in its market segment.
Richard is a founder and past Prize Committee
Chairperson of a large charitable Dream
Home Lottery corporation. During his involvement,
it was the largest fund raising event
of its kind in the country. Mr. Mills
is also a former president of the largest
district of Crohn's Foundation of Canada.
John
Payne
John Payne was formerly
the CEO of Fastech Synergy, a leading
electronics manufacturer in the Asia Pacific
region with upwards of 2000 employees.
The company is listed on the Main Board
of the Stock Exchange of Singapore.
Prior
to joining Fastech, John was concurrently
President and General Manager of the Philippine
and Malaysian subsidiaries of Integrated
Device Technology. IDT is a Nasdaq-listed
semiconductor manufacturing organization
whose shares are included in the prominent
S&P1000 Index. Before joining
IDT, John served in various senior management
positions at Advanced Micro Devices (AMD).
Mr.
Payne has 30 years of business experience,
of which 20 years was in senior management
positions throughout the Asia Pacific
region and North America. He
is a graduate of Brunel University
in London, England with a Bachelor of
Technology (First Class Honors).

Lim
Angelina Lim oversees our
Singapore branch office. She has over
10 years of executive search and selection
experience covering Singapore and China,
specializing in searches for R&D,
Sales & Marketing, Engineering, Human
Resources, Operations Professionals
for clients from North America, UK and
China in the ICT, electronics and engineering
sectors.
She
graduated with a Diploma from Hochschule
fur Wirtschaft und Politik Hamburg , Germany
and is tri-lingual.
