the position(s) to be filled, we meet
with the persons in charge within the
company before we decide to accept any
mandate.
Position
description
A detailed description of each position
outlining specific duties as well as required
skills is carefully prepared to assist
in the progress of our research.
Introduction
of the candidate and interviews with the
client
Our best qualified candidates are introduced
to the client following an evaluation
process which is based on a battery of
tests and interviews.
Guarantee
Policy
A replacement guarantee can be included
in the agreement. The position, the status
of the employee (permanent or contract)
and the duration of the assignment, are
all factors which enter into the equation,
as well as the fees, and the exclusivity
clause of the mandate.
Ethical
Code
In the course of our research for candidates,
we will not approach companies where we
have previously placed employees. We will
only introduce candidates we have met
and evaluated in extent.
Contract
or Temporary Employee
With your approval, ProAction HR can manage
the salary and benefits. ProAction HR
agrees to be responsible for the first
6 months of the assignment when an employee’s
status shifts from temporary to permanent. |
